Order and Shipping Information for Fantastic Faces Cosmetics
If you require your package by a specific date for any reason, please indicate this in your order so that necessary accommodations can be made.
Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Bulk orders will be dispatched through United Parcel Service (UPS) or may be picked up in person at the local office.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 5 to 10 days following the submission of your order.
A tracking number will be provided with all online orders.
A PayPal account is not required to complete your order; an active debit card with available funds is sufficient. During checkout, you will have the option to utilize either PayPal or your debit card for payment.
We now accept payments through Zelle and Cash App. If you prefer to make payments using these methods, please contact customer service during normal business hours for further information.
If you have previously experienced issues with stolen packages and wish to obtain signed confirmation for your package's security, please contact the owner after finalizing your order. This service incurs an additional charge of $5.00.
Due to the rigorous travel schedule of Fantastic Faces Cosmetics, there may be slight delays in the online tracking updates.
While all packages are guaranteed to be dispatched, we appreciate your understanding in the event of such delays.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address listed on your PayPal account, or those that may be lost or stolen, will not be eligible for refunds under any circumstances (Strict Policy).
Should the address on your order be incorrect and this is identified in a timely manner, the post office may redirect the package at an additional cost borne by the customer.
During inclement winter weather conditions in certain states, please be advised that our Glitter Lipstick Potion may freeze if exposed to cold temperatures. If you reside in an area where this may be a concern, please inform customer service accordingly.
Strict Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been placed; all sales are final.
